A Project Manager is an integral part of the successful implementation of tech projects. The role of the Project Manager at Expoint is to make sure that all aspects of projects are running smoothly and effectively, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating closely with all stakeholders.
The Project Manager will lead all aspects of the project life cycle from initial conception through to successful go-live. This includes project planning, defining objectives, tracking budgets and resources, executing tasks, defusing and addressing issues, and ultimately delivering the project on time and within the approved budget.
The Project Manager should have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and great communication skills, both written and verbal, as they need to keep the stakeholders and various stakeholders informed, remain on top of project risks and issues, steer the project smoothly and remain organized through every step.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating project plans, motivating teams and setting milestones. They need to convince stakeholders and team members of the best strategies for ensuring the project’s success. They must also be able to interpret and explain technical terminology, metrics and reports to those who are not technically inclined.
The Project Manager for Expoint must exhibit exemplary leadership skills, be a proactive person who is capable of problem-solving, and remain highly organized to ensure project success. Ultimately, the successful implementation of a project and the success of Expoint's technical accomplishments relies heavily on the Project Manager's ability to effectively lead.
